We're Going Retro

Okay, to start with we'll go back in time. A little over a month ago (August 20) we welcomed the newest member of our family, Lincoln Regalado Dempsey. He was born at 1:26 pm after 26 1/2 hours of labor. He weighed 9 lb 0.2 oz and was 21 inches long. Right now he has blue eyes and reddish hair. And if you heard rumors, they are true...I did not have an epidural. They scare me.

Something new

So I decided to try my hand at a blog so I can keep family and friends better informed on the goings on of our life. We will see how well I do and if I am actually able to keep this updated.
